2011

In 2011 young variety hosted its 3rd Annual Open Your Heart Benefit at Marquee night club in Chelsea. Over 200 guests came out to support Variety the Children’s Charity and the children we serve. Guests danced into the late hours of the night and enjoyed complimentary hors d’oeuvres and specialty cocktails.

Young Variety hosted their 2nd Annual Fall Open Your Heart to Art Benefit on October 17, 2011.  Photography by children from ICP at The Point, one of Variety’s grantees, were on display and available for purchase.  Fifty percent of proceeds benefited the student photographers and the remainder benefited The Point.  The evening was a major success and ten photographs were sold, bringing in $2,000 for The Point and their student photographers.
