In accordance with the organization’s bylaws, at the May Board meeting, Variety New York’s Board of Directors elected a new slate of officers to lead the organization. The new officers officially began their terms on July 1, 2015. The new Executive Committee for the Board includes:

Vice President – Ms. Gemma Hart, Brunswick Group
Treasurer – Mr. Marc Wieder, Anchin, Block & Anchin
Secretary – Mr. David A. Green, Cushman Wakefield
Variety’s former President, Charley Moss, will remain engaged and active on the Board in the role of Chairman. Over the past few months, Charley as well as other former officers and the staff have worked with our newly elected officers to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
Everyone at Variety New York is immensely grateful for Charley’s exemplary leadership for the past seven years. He helped shepherd in a new era for Variety New York which has guaranteed the organization’s success and growth well past his tenure as president.
We look forward to many of you getting to know and working with our new president. A native New Zealander, Guy leads BNY Mellon Depositary Receipts’ global investor relations advisory (GIRA) team. The team advises corporate clients on strategies for generating liquidity and capital markets visibility. Previous to BNY Mellon, Guy was a New York based IR consultant specializing in cross-border financial communications. Prior to working in New York he was with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) in Sydney working as a policy advisor.
